HOW TO ENTER

1. Select your cruise type and add each item to your cart (boat entry, crew entries, and any social events).
2. Complete checkout — your order confirmation serves as your provisional entry.
3. Download, complete, and sign the Entry Form and Indemnity documents and email them to Karen at karenlatter007@gmail.com by 18h00 on Friday, 11 December 2026.
4. Email proof of payment to karenlatter007@gmail.com using reference: WCC and your Yacht Name.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• All participants must comply with SA Sailing requirements or equivalent.
• Valid vessel certification and insurance are required to participate.
• The decision whether to start or continue the cruise lies entirely with the skipper.
• Late entries may be accepted at the organisers’ discretion.
