This includes (but is not limited to) the website, social media, WhatsApp communications, posters, flyers, and other promotional content.

Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I may withdraw any of the above consents at any time by providing written notice to admin@sbyc.co.za or contacting the Sailing Academy coordinator.

Indemnity Agreement

I, the parent/legal guardian, acknowledge and agree that neither Saldanha Bay Yacht Club, its staff, sailing instructors, nor any members are responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by my child or their property during any sailing activity. I waive any right to claim compensation against the above parties for such incidents, including those arising from negligence, and I indemnify them against all such claims.
